ABOUT
I have been providing counseling services since 2021, and have a wide range of experience with various ages, dynamics, and areas of focus. I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University in 2022, and earned my licensure for Professional Counseling in 2024. I’ve provided counseling in both outpatient and residential settings, and I’m passionate about the unique value each level of care offers. This diverse experience has strengthened my ability to work collaboratively and deepened my appreciation for the important roles that home, school, and community environments play in the process of growth.
Experience / history:
I am a therapist, but I am first and foremost a human who values connecting with other humans. I consider it a privilege to be able to help my clients better understand themselves, move forward from the past, create and maintain healthy relationships with others, develop skill-sets to cope with mental health struggles, and ultimately become aligned. I utilize techniques from evidenced-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, while utilizing the therapeutic relationship as a main facilitating factor of positive change.
